The counselling and life coaching skills offered integrate a wide variety of methods rooted in person-centred counselling, psychodynamic psychotherapy and eastern philosophy. Sessions are always tailored to each individuals needs.

Personal experience from yoga, meditation, mindfulness and Aikido are used to assist clients, bringing qualities of intuition, compassion and attentive listening. Clients experience a sense of mindfulness in the present moment in the tranquil environment of the Mindfulness Dojo, surrounded by nature.

Safety and confidentiality of the therapeutic process are key elements of my practice. As we work together clients can rest assured that I will be with them in a non-judgmental and compassionate way.

I work with individuals (16 years old and older) and couples, and offer short, medium and long term/open ended treatments.

Clients are treated for a variety of conditions, e.g. anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationship issues, etc., as well as coaching towards their goals.

Sessions are most successful when held in person, however sessions via Skype are also available.

I offer an initial complimentary 20 minute assessment by phone and referrals if necessary.

When you need unbiased support, a place to be heard and listened to, this is the session where all your inner work takes shape and direction.
